The outside tiles in this villa were a mess! There were several cracked tiles up in the courtyard, a mishmash of different tiles down by the pool, uneven steps, old fashioned tiles which were discoloured and a nightmare to clean!<\/p>\n
The outside of the villa has now been completely transformed. Using the same tile throughout, an anti-slip tile by Codicer (chester beige), the outside now has a consistent, clean, modern look. The new tiles show the dirt less so need less sweeping and cleaning and the owners are delighted with the transformation of their property.<\/p>\n
The team at Creative Renovations also adjusted the water run-off gradients in several areas so rain no longer collects in pools, but instead runs off into nearby drains. They also re-routed various water pipes and electrical cables which were previously exposed and hid them under the new tiling.<\/p>\n
At the side of the house, an awkward and slightly hazardous ramp was replaced with a set of steps. LED lights have since been inserted to illuminate the steps at night.<\/p>\n
