The outside tiles in this villa were a mess! There were several cracked tiles up in the courtyard, a mishmash of different tiles down by the pool, uneven steps, old fashioned tiles which were discoloured and a nightmare to clean!

The outside of the villa has now been completely transformed. Using the same tile throughout, an anti-slip tile by Codicer (chester beige), the outside now has a consistent, clean, modern look. The new tiles show the dirt less so need less sweeping and cleaning and the owners are delighted with the transformation of their property.

The team at Creative Renovations also adjusted the water run-off gradients in several areas so rain no longer collects in pools, but instead runs off into nearby drains. They also re-routed various water pipes and electrical cables which were previously exposed and hid them under the new tiling.

At the side of the house, an awkward and slightly hazardous ramp was replaced with a set of steps. LED lights have since been inserted to illuminate the steps at night.
